1.Maintenance (Preventive & Break down):
Responsible for Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage, sprinkler, and gas systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders.
Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, commodes, water heaters, water softeners, etc.
Receive and complete work orders.
Detect needed repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment following established inspection procedures.
Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing, etc.
Work with building / site principals and supervisors to complete projects
Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.

2. Parts Management and Record Keeping Management
Maintain service records, log-books, manuals, tools and report related to the emergency spare parts etc. Maintain inventory of district-owned tools, equipment, and materials 10%

3. Teamwork / Coordination & Communication
Supportive to the whole team working with, helping the team members in all activities including all type of works related to workplace. Strong observation skills, highly focused while measurements, communicates well with the supervisor. Ability to learn new things. Response to emergency call as needed.

4. HSE Compliance & Punctuality:
Strict adherence to follow the safe work practice and reports to the supervisor in case if any team member breaks this compliance and follow all pandemic rules & regulations. Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures 10%

5.Special Jobs

II. Job Requirements
(Indicate the minimum educational / professional qualifications, formal training, practical experience and key job competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the role). Academic Secondary School Certificate / High School Preferred
Professional Diploma in Plumbing / MEP Preferred
Formal Training Years of industry experience and on-the-job training
Practical Experience 5 plus years of overall experience with minimum 3 years in maintenance. Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques. Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills are required for smooth operation on any technical / machine related issues. Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
