Job Responsibilities



Administrative & Executive Support:

Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize meetings Screen and manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Chairman Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes Ensure all documents, files, and records are properly maintained and organized

Communication & Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders Coordinate with department heads and executives to relay important instructions Draft, review, and proofread confidential reports and business documents

Travel & Event Management:

Arrange and oversee travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries Organize corporate meetings, conferences, and social events Assist in managing the Chairman's personal and business commitments

Project & Office Management:

Track and follow up on projects and tasks assigned by the Chairman Assist in business operations, including handling special projects as required Conduct research and prepare executive summaries on key topics and business matters
Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
