Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations
Maintain records, confidential files, and important documents
Arrange travel itineraries, visas, and accommodation when required
Organize board meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Follow up on tasks and ensure timely communication and execution of directives
Support in special projects, school events, and external engagements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to senior leadership (experience in an
educational institution preferred
)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong time-management, coordination, and organizational skills
Candidates
