Chairman
. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-organized, and able to manage a variety of executive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and handle confidential correspondence and documents.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain an organized filing and office system.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
as a Secretary or Executive Assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English
(Arabic is a plus).
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with integrity.
Must be based in, or willing to relocate to,
Abu Dhabi
.
