Position Overview
The Performance Management Specialist - ADNOC Abu Dhabi will analyse, evaluate, and enhance business performance processes to ensure continuous improvement and long-term sustainability. This role focuses on developing KPIs, preparing corporate reports, conducting performance audits, and supporting management in making data-driven decisions that align with ADNOC's strategic objectives.

Core Duties

  • Review and validate operational and shareholder data to ensure integrity and accuracy in performance reporting
  • Conduct gap analysis and deliver conclusive performance interpretations using balanced scorecard systems
  • Develop business action plans to address performance gaps and follow up on implementation progress
  • Participate in setting corporate KPIs aligned with business priorities, benchmarking, and strategic objectives
  • Prepare background documents and presentations for shareholder meetings, including PMC, BAC, and Board meetings
  • Contribute to the preparation of CEO highlights and corporate performance audits in line with governance directives
  • Develop and implement corporate reporting standards to ensure consistent and accurate communication of business data
  • Analyse performance data for periodic corporate reports and manage external reporting to ministries and agencies
  • Support continuous improvement of the corporate MIS to ensure timely access to decision-making information
  • Train business support staff and new employees on ADNOC's Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Supervise assigned staff, support budget planning, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Promote innovation by designing tools and processes to improve efficiency and align with international standards
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and sustainability guidelines during all activities
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in performance management and corporate reporting, ideally in oil and gas or large industrial organisations
  • Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks, balanced scorecard methodology, and performance management systems
  • Skilled in preparing corporate reports, data analysis, and performance audits
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
