Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Healthcare is opening a new HealthHub Clinic in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, and is seeking a Patient Relations Executive to deliver a superior patient experience. This role is the first point of contact for patients, ensuring seamless service from reception through to coordination with clinical teams.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and register patients, ensuring accuracy in personal and medical information
• Manage front-desk operations including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payments
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline patient flow
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and service recovery in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
• Support the launch and integration of new reception and patient management systems
• Provide information on clinic services, facilities, and promotions to patients
• Contribute to team goals by maintaining a high level of service satisfaction and operational efficiency

Ideal Profile

• Previous healthcare customer service experience is essential
• Fluency in Tagalog or Arabic is mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach
• Experience in front-desk operations, patient coordination, and service recovery
• Proficient in clinic management software and MS Office applications
• Adaptable to a fast-paced healthcare environment with diverse patient needs
