What You'll Do

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to DHA regulations and pharmacy best practices.
• Provide clear and effective patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and storage instructions.
• Ensure compliance with insurance processes and manage claims efficiently.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Maintain inventory control, manage stock levels, and oversee medication storage and expiry checks.
• Contribute to patient safety initiatives by identifying and reporting medication errors or adverse drug reactions.
• Uphold confidentiality and follow all clinical governance guidelines.

Ideal Profile

• DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Pharmacist.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in outpatient or retail pharmacy.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of medication safety, patient education, and insurance claim procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, adaptable to a fast-paced clinic environment.
