Position Overview
As Head Guest Relations Executive, you will manage the guest relations function for Summersalt, ensuring an exceptional dining and lifestyle experience. Your responsibilities will span guest satisfaction, staff development, operational performance, and service innovation aligned with Jumeirah's luxury standards.
What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations of the Guest Relations team, fostering a service-oriented culture and upholding brand excellence
• Engage guests personally to build loyalty, capture feedback, and tailor the dining journey to individual preferences
• Oversee team training on service etiquette, product knowledge, and complaint resolution for continuous quality improvement
• Collaborate with F and B leadership to achieve revenue targets, control costs, and enhance outlet performance
• Manage supplies, reservations, and billing systems to ensure smooth workflows and high service standards
• Resolve guest issues swiftly and diplomatically, ensuring every challenge becomes a recovery success story

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-end standalone restaurant
• Strong background in F and B guest relations with leadership capability and customer focus
• Proficiency in English and an additional European or Russian language is desirable
• Confident in handling budgets, financial reports, and revenue performance metrics
• Culturally aware, emotionally intelligent, and adept at leading a diverse service team
