Pastry Artist/
DCDP (Pastry Section)
will work to create exceptional pastries, desserts, and signature sweet items that reflect our fine-dining standards.
Design and produce high-quality pastries, plated desserts, viennoiserie, and baked items.
Create innovative dessert concepts and seasonal menu items.
Ensure artistic presentation and consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
Manage dessert mise en place and supervise pastry preparation processes.
Uphold hygiene, quality control, and food safety standards.
Support the Pastry Chef in daily production of desserts and pastries.
Prepare components such as creams, sauces, doughs, garnishes, and bases.
Maintain mise en place and assist with plating during service.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, patisserie, fine dining, or specialty cafe.
Strong understanding of pastry techniques and attention to detail.
Creativity, passion for desserts, and commitment to quality.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency.
Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month
