The Role

Experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant with a strong background supporting CEO-level executives. Highly skilled in managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, and confidential communications while acting as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to prepare reports and presentations, coordinate follow-ups, and handle multiple priorities under pressure with professionalism and discretion. Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace, fluent in English, with Arabic as an added advantage.



Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a PA / Executive Assistant to senior management (preferably CEO level) o Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills o High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
