Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (Sales) to CEO to support our executive team in sales-related tasks and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Support:



Identify and generate leads for potential business opportunities. Assist in managing the CEO's sales pipeline and follow-ups. Handle client communication, negotiations, and deal closures. Maintain and update CRM systems, track sales performance, and prepare reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

Executive Assistance:



Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments. Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Prepare sales presentations, reports, and other documents. Organize and coordinate travel, events, and logistics. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company information.

Client Relations:



Act as the primary point of contact for clients and business partners. Organize client meetings, maintain follow-ups, and ensure high service levels. Assist in contract preparation and documentation. Provide after-sales support and address client concerns effectively

Requirements & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales, executive assistance, or a related role. Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work flexible hours as per business needs.
