Job Description

An Outlet "FEMALE" Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail outlet. Their primary goal is to ensure that the outlet runs smoothly, meets financial targets, and adheres to company policies and standards.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management

: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Staff Supervision

: Manage, train, and motivate staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service. Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs as necessary.

Financial Oversight

: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and achieve sales targets. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.

Customer Service

: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.

Marketing and Promotion

: Implement marketing strategies to promote the outlet and increase footfall, collaborating with the marketing team as needed.

Inventory Management

: Maintain appropriate stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and oversee purchasing decisions to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

Reporting

: Prepare regular reports on outlet performance, sales, and personnel for upper management.

Compliance

: Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and operational standards.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

* outlet managing: 3 years (Required)
