Assistant Outlet Manager - Lobby Cafe (Female, min. 2 yrs cafe experience)
Reports to: F&B Manager / Outlet Manager
Job Purpose:
To support the daily operations of the Lobby Cafe, ensuring efficient service, high product quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. To lead the service team and assist in achieving financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Lobby Cafe during assigned shifts.
• Supervise waitstaff, hosts, and baristas, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalized service.
• Have extensive knowledge of the coffee menu, pastries, and light fare offerings.
• Handle cashiering duties, process transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
• Assist in training new hires on service standards, menu knowledge, and POS system.
• Help maintain inventory levels for cafe supplies and place orders as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Ensure the cafe area is clean, well-stocked, and set up according to standards.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cafe environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (Team Leader, Supervisor).
• This position is open to female candidates in compliance with local regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and cafe culture.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
