What will you do?
Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
PR communicating with BDMs & Head of Sales to build up the company's PR to get more business opportunities.
Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
Putting in Ideas, Innovations, and creativity in terms of sales or marketing.
Evaluation of the Sales report to endorse facts and figures.
Correspondence, coordinating with local and International Customers and with various departments. within the organization.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional sales events.
Responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
Arranging documentation and coordination for brokers' access/alliance cards from developers
Relationship management with our account managers in the developers' offices
Represent the Company's brand and awareness.
Assist in tracking and disseminating key activities, proposals, new business wins, etc.
Work with the marketing communications team to implement relevant marketing initiatives
Assist partners and others on relevant PR initiatives and press releases
Support partners in the preparation of the directory and award submissions.
Keep abreast of trends in the market to identify potential hot topics and ideas for content
Lead on the creation and distribution of Real Estate newsletters and alerts.
Develops a strong working knowledge of the practice's services as well as an understanding of the revenue priorities, clients and prospects
Leads the support of business development and marketing planning for the Department and sector
Assists the leadership team in identifying business development opportunities with new clients and, with the designated partner(s), leads the pursuit and conversion of these
Assists the leadership team and Client Relationship Partners in the support and growth of existing client relationships
Tracks and evaluates business development plans and efforts on an ongoing basis
Helps the leadership team to position the Department and firm at the heart of the Real Estate sector e.g. with key industry bodies
Explore business opportunities by arranging even local and international markets.
Stay updated on the real estate market, including competitor activity and emerging trends.

Minimum
3 year of mandatory experience
in
Business Development
, with exposure to GCC and international clients.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with particular emphasis on professional email correspondence.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, well-groomed, and goal-oriented with high ethical standards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
