2. Campaign Management
Oversee and manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid ads).
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Improve campaign performance through continuous testing and optimization.
3. Content Creation & Branding
Shoot and edit videos, reels, photos, and promotional content for clinic services.
Work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to create high-quality digital material.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online channels.
Manage website content, landing pages, and user experience improvements.
4. Social Media & Engagement
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
Create monthly content calendars and oversee daily posting activities.
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights.
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
6. Email & CRM Marketing
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
Manage CRM tools to segment audiences, nurture leads, and improve customer retention.
Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of digital marketing experience in a clinic/healthcare environment
(mandatory)
Strong experience in
shooting, editing, and producing content
Proven ability to deliver strong marketing results and meet KPIs
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and CRM platforms
Strong communication and creative skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of healthcare/dermatology/aesthetic clinic marketing
Familiarity with Instagram & TikTok trends and content strategies
