We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven
Operations Manager
to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our
Business setup services
division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient execution of client onboarding, licensing, company formation, visa processing, and government liaison services, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end business setup processes across Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions.
Manage daily operations, ensuring timely execution of company formation, document processing, license renewals, visa applications, and related services.
Supervise and support the PRO (Public Relations Officer) team and admin staff in coordinating with government and regulatory authorities.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Liaise with government bodies such as DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, Municipality, etc., to stay updated on regulatory changes.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, ensuring high standards of professionalism and service.
Handle client escalations and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with all local laws and company policies.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in the
business setup or corporate services
industry.
Deep understanding of UAE (or local) business setup processes and government systems.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
