Position: Operations Manager (Business Setup / Company Formation)
We are looking for an
experienced and dynamic Operations Manager
to oversee and lead our business setup operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE company formation processes, strong leadership abilities, and the expertise to manage teams and client operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end business setup operations
across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.
Oversee and guide teams handling
trade licenses, visas, and other government-related applications
.
Liaise with UAE government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zone authorities, etc.) to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Ensure
timely license renewals, visa processing, and compliance requirements
are met.
Develop and implement
operational policies, processes, and best practices
to improve efficiency.
Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date guidance on
UAE business setup regulations and policies
.
Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure
high-quality client service delivery
.
Work closely with management to achieve
organizational goals and growth targets
.
Requirements
Minimum 1
-2 years of UAE experience
in
business setup / corporate services operations
.
Strong knowledge of
Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation processes
.
Familiarity with
government portals
(DED, MOHRE, ICA, Free Zone systems, etc.).
Proven
leadership and team management skills
.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
