URGENT HIRING: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (BUSINESS SETUP COMPANY)

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams to achieve high performance. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows. Client Engagement: Collaborate with client services teams to understand client needs and expectations. Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of services, exceeding client satisfaction. Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor quality control measures to maintain service excellence. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Resource Management: Manage resource allocation, including personnel, technology, and facilities. Optimize resource utilization and contribute to budget planning. Client Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners and associates. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Risk Management: Identify operational risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Develop and maintain contingency plans to ensure business continuity. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on operational performance for management review. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the business setup or consultancy sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards. Proficient in using technology and software for operations management.
