JOB RESPONSIBILITIES *AVAILABLE TO JOIN ASAP* Manages, delivers, and exceeds expectations for owners and our guests by running the operations with military precision. Reviews, assesses and implements improvements to current operational procedures Improves the performance of employees through a streamlined process Procures services and materials as per department requirements Ensures compliance on policy and procedure by all employees Train and mentor staff on best practice Trouble shoots issues as they arise with calm, common sense approach and good judgement Ensure projects/tasks are completed within the specified timeframes Undertakes regular meetings with Line Managers to ensure open and beneficial conversations Works closely with HR/Recruitment to ensure headcount is maintained at all times Works ethically and is compliant to Frank Porter/Legal policy and procedure Writes and implements policy and procedure manuals for the department Ensure team accurately maintain, log, file, submit and store all paperwork for their respective department. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
