Job Description
We are seeking a Business Developer to join Signature Holiday Homes llc Short Term Rentals team. We have multiple vacancies. We are looking for someone who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative. Key responsibilities include: Proactively building a portfolio of short-term properties Bringing on a (minimum) of 5 properties per month Calling landlords from Reapit, Dubizzle and database sheets Dealing with referrals from internal agents Meeting with landlords to get agreements signed Preparing and sending financial projections to landlords Ensuring the property is ready for handover Role requirements: Minimum 2 years experience relevant experience or real state back ground. Experience in Dubai preferred Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills Proven experience improving customer satisfaction Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in English.
