Business Development Manager

Job Description
We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager with Holiday Homes experience to join our team. He / She will be required to generate leads, pitch, close deals & win properties to manage. Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and generating potential leads.
- Contacting potential leads to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Researching brokers to build relations to sign new properties.
- Presenting the business to potential clients.
- Evaluating the property to ensure it is in line with the company expectations.
- Coordinating the property launching with all the departments and processes involved, which includes the technical inspection, unit permit, utilities connection, formalities with security, deep cleaning, photo shooting.
- Developing inventory for all the property belongings.
- Excellent English written & communication skills.
- Outstanding negotiation & organizational skills.
- Holiday Homes Business Development experience is a must.
