Operations Manager – Travel & Tours

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day to day travel operations and ensure smooth delivery of all tours and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end to end operations for group tours and FIT packages Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transport partners, and guides Ensure timely execution of itineraries and customer deliverables Handle trip logistics, bookings, confirmations, and troubleshooting Monitor service quality and implement process improvements Track budgets, payments, and operational reports
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in travel operations Strong coordination and communication skills Hands on knowledge of tour management and supplier handling Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure Knowledge of international destinations and travel procedures
