We're Hiring: Finance Operations Manager | Travel Tech | Dubai, UAE
We're partnering with a fast-growing travel tech company based in Dubai that's transforming how the global travel industry connects and operates. They're now looking for a Finance Operations Manager to drive efficiency, automation, and operational excellence across their finance function.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 15,000 - 18,000/month + benefits
Reports to: CFO
The Role:
This leadership role will focus on streamlining finance operations, resolving disputes, enhancing systems integration, and leading the rollout of AI-driven automation tools.
Key Focus Areas:

• Lead resolution of payment disputes with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Ensure accurate and timely supplier payments and client wallet updates
• Standardize and document finance processes (SOPs)
• Identify and resolve revenue leakage and reconciliation issues
• Improve finance system integration and reduce manual intervention
• Drive automation through AI and intelligent monitoring tools

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CA, CPA, or CMA preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience, with 3+ in a senior finance operations role
• Experience with automation, ERP/CRM systems, and process improvement
• Travel tech or hospitality background is a plus
