to oversee the day-to-day activities of our real estate brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage internal operations, ensure regulatory compliance, support sales performance, and contribute to business development across both
primary (off-plan)
and
secondary market
segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and improve daily office operations and internal workflows
Ensure compliance with RERA and other real estate regulations
Supervise CRM tools, agent performance tracking, and sales reporting
Coordinate onboarding of new developers and off-plan projects
Assist in developing and implementing growth strategies with the sales and marketing teams
Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new agents
Attend property launches, exhibitions, and networking events as a company representative
Resolve internal escalations and support smooth transaction flow across departments
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate operations or team management (UAE preferred)
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market (primary and secondary sales)
Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
RERA certification (preferred)
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Must be currently based in the UAE
