As the Operations Head for IIQAF, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our hospitality operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of IIQAF's hospitality facilities, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the operations division.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
  • Continuously review and improve processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of hotel and restaurant operations, revenue management, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
