Role Description: Operations Head
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Business Operations
Location- Dubai
Responsibilities:
oversee and manage day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement business strategies, and ensure operational efficiency.
This role requires leadership and coordination with Various departments & cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and drive performance.
Requires good Analytics & Analysis skills for understanding the gaps & areas of improvement and bring in the efficiency.
Key Requirement
Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in Business Operations: Sales & Revenue based
portfolio management
Strong skills in Business Operations and Operations Management
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Any Bachelor's degree / Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the real estate industry is a plus
Real estate experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
