Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Head to lead and drive the profitability and growth of our retail business. The role involves overseeing strategic planning, store operations, franchise development, global expansion, and financial management while ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and business growth. Retail Operations: Manage existing stores and lead new store openings, ensuring seamless operations. Franchise & Expansion: Oversee franchise development and global store expansion efforts. Team Management: Lead a team of 200+ employees, fostering a culture of excellence. Lease & Contracts: Negotiate lease agreements and optimize retail locations. Sales & Revenue: Drive sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met. Customer Experience: Maintain high service standards across all retail locations. Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions. Technology & Compliance: Implement retail technology solutions and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years in a senior leadership role in retail, preferably in the GCC region. Franchise Expertise: Proven experience in setting up and managing franchise operations. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Retail Management; MBA preferred. Global Exposure: Willingness to travel internationally for business expansion. Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of budgeting, P&L management, and cost control. Leadership & Strategy: Ability to lead large teams, negotiate agreements, and drive business growth.
