Oversee and manage
end-to-end freight forwarding operations
(Ocean & Air) Build and manage relationships withshipping lines, airlines, trucking vendors, and CHAs
Handledocumentation processes
: MBL, HBL, DO, Surrender, manifest, invoices Ensure smooth coordination with customers and vendors Implement SOPs for efficient and scalable operations Work with finance for billing, cost tracking, and compliance Build and lead a small team (ops, docs, customer service) Be the go-to person for everything operational -- owning delivery and customer satisfactionWhat We're Looking For:
6-10 years of experience in freight forwarding (air + ocean) Strong hands-on experience in
Dubai, GCC, and India-Middle East trade lanes
Good vendor network (shipping lines, CHAs, trucking) Knowledge of DUBAI CUSTOMS, BL processes, Incoterms Startup mindset:resourceful, reliable, and ready to lead
Strong communication & problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer:
