We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Public Relations Officer (PRO)
to join our team. The ideal candidate
must have prior experience working in a business setup company
and a deep understanding of UAE government processes, visa applications, company registration, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all government-related documentation and procedures, including visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, and company licenses.
Liaise with government departments (DHA, MOHRE, DED, Immigration, etc.).
Ensure timely renewals and updates of all legal documents.
Assist clients with company formation, approvals, and other regulatory compliance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PRO in a
business setup company
(minimum 2 years).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
