We are looking for a highly experienced
Operations Executive
who has
hands-on experience in business setup operations
in the UAE. The candidate must have
complete knowledge of the business setup process
and be able to independently manage client files from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Handle complete end-to-end business setup process (Mainland/Freezone)
Prepare, review, and manage all legal and government documentation
Coordinate with government departments (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.)
Manage visa applications, renewals, and cancellations
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups with clients
Provide excellent client service throughout the setup process
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE business setup operations
(mandatory)
Full understanding of UAE licensing procedures and documentation
Ability to manage operations independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and coordination skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
