Job Overview:
As the Operations Director, you will turn the company's vision and strategy into clear operational systems and processes across all UAE branches. You will lead regional performance, standardize operations, build strong management teams, and ensure every branch delivers consistent quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Full operational oversight of all L'ETO branches across the UAE
Lead regional P&L: drive sales, profitability, and cost efficiency
Monitor branch performance and implement actions to improve KPIs
Standardize and maintain operational processes, SOPs, and manuals
Centralize workflows and introduce structured solutions to increase productivity
Manage and develop Branch Managers, ensuring accountability for results
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain on operational strategy
Lead internal reporting, audits, and weekly performance reviews
Support new openings and ensure consistency of brand standards
Build strong teams through coaching, development, and succession planning
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, cash handling, and operational policies
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Operations Manager / Director in F&B within the UAE, managing multiple locations and large teams
Experience of financial reports analysis
Strong background in the GCC region
Highly organized, structured thinker with the ability to build systems and processes from scratch
Strong leadership profile with hands-on approach and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational detail and high-level vision
