Job Title: Aggregator Operations Manager (F&B - Multi-Branch)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Aggregator Operations Manager to oversee and manage all third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, etc.) across multiple branches. This role is crucial for maximizing online visibility, optimizing listings, and driving order growth through strategic promotions and analytics.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across all aggregator platforms.
Optimize menus, pricing, and product listings.
Run and analyze marketing campaigns and promotions.
Monitor KPIs (order volume, cancellations, ratings).
Ensure consistent branding and customer experience.
Coordinate with kitchen and dispatch teams for operational alignment.
Requirements:
Experience with food aggregators (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, etc.).
Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of marketing and digital analytics is a plus.
Compensation:
Performance-based structure.
Earn 5% of net aggregator sales across all branches.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 42 per week
