We're looking for a bilingual (Arabic/English) Operations Manager to lead our restaurant operations and support our expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across all outlets
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Control inventory, procurement, and cost efficiency
Maintain high service and product quality
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
Prepare operational reports and support strategic planning
Requirements:
3-5+ years in F&B operations or management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluent in
Arabic and English
Familiar with POS systems, inventory tools, and reporting
Willing to work flexible hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR9,800.00 per month
