We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate F&B to join our team!

Role Overview:
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining high food safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end order fulfillment process with precision and care Implement and support food safety protocols and quality standards Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless order delivery Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory compliance Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges Support driver coordination and shipment tracking Handle customer service inquiries and issue resolution
Ideal Candidate Requirements:

High School Diploma Additional qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred Strong English communication skills Excellent attention to detail Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or similar roles Comfortable working in multicultural settings
