Responsibilities: Administrative Tasks
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, preparing letters, preparing/editing meeting minutes, presentations and tracking the task, etc.
  • Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Co-ordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth services in day-to-today activities.
  • Responsible for the timely postings in the company\xe2\x80\x99s ERP system of daily production results, consumption of materials, BOM, inventory control, delivery orders, GRNs, GRVs, sales invoices related to the Farm\xe2\x80\x99s daily activities.
  • Support the ISO/Audit documentation and to maintain records under the ISO scope, under the coordination of the central QA/QC.
  • To maintain discretion regarding work-related issues and to raise it via the proper HR channels maintaining complete adherence to the HR policies.
Operational Tasks
  • Ensuring daily operations are running smoothly by coordinating with production unit/s and head office for daily activities.
  • Managing all production unit/s records and documents (daily biological, store inventory, farm assets, etc.) available on request
  • Manage Fish Harvest plan and coordinate with the marketing team and seafood traders.
  • Support the commercialization of products and related tasks like packaging, labelling, etc.
Job Type: Full-time Experience:
  • Aquaculture: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
  • UAE Driving License (Required)
