A leading Manpower supply company is looking to hire Operations Coordinator.
Job Location Dubai
Salary - AED 3000 + Accommodation + Transportation + Car with Fuel
Job Role –
• Support the operations team with day to day administrative duties to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Receive, record and report to appropriate queries, comments, incidents and comments or concerns received from staff, clients or supervisors before and after closing to concerned departments such as HR/Purchasing or Management Team.
• Handle administrative tasks such as purchasing, handling payments of vendors, arranging for services from different companies, ability to take quotations from multiple vendors and manage emails.
• Coordinate timesheet reporting, approvals by required timeline.
• Interact with staff, managers, utility services, suppliers, clients, consultants etc.
• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
• Prepare, code and seek approval for all related actions and responses to queries and documentations generated from site and distribute to appropriate department.
• Bachelor / Masters degree
• Should have proven minimum 2-3 years relevant experience preferably from Manpower agency / Construction.
• Should have experience handling labours.
