We are a reputed facilities management company seeking an operations coordinator to support the management of the day-to-day operations activity Job description
- Respond to inquiries, tenders and requests for information, approval and or directing to appropriate team as required
- Responsible for the compilation of data and the preparation of reports
- Prepare quotations and follow up
- Prepare correspondences to clients and vendors
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
- Manage daily office administrative issues
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in facilities management operations
- Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma
- Excellent oral and written communication and E-mail drafting skills
- Adequate knowledge in MS Office suites such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets
- Having done a certification course in MS suites is a must
- Ability to work independently or in a group
- Must have excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize competing assignments and deliver quality work on time.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, other office procedures and terminology
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Required)
