Your Mission:
The Operations Coach (OPC) is a field-based leadership role critical to our expansion and operational integrity. You will act as a catalyst for excellence, providing hands-on coaching, training, and support to Restaurant Managers and their teams across a designated region. Your primary objective is to ensure each restaurant delivers exceptional customer experiences, achieves financial targets, and operates in strict compliance with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Operational Excellence: Conduct regular restaurant visits and audits to assess performance against company standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety (QSC). Identify gaps and implement immediate and sustainable corrective actions.
• Lead & Develop Talent: Coach, mentor, and motivate Restaurant Managers and multi-unit leaders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Identify high-potential team members and support their career development.
• Execute Strategic Growth: Play a key role in the new restaurant opening (NRO) process, ensuring flawless launches, proper training of new teams, and that each new unit is set up for success from day one.
• Maximize Financial Performance: Analyze P&L statements, sales reports, and labor metrics. Work directly with managers to drive profitability through effective cost control, inventory management, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Uphold Brand Standards: Be the ultimate guardian of our brand. Ensure every customer interaction and every product delivered meets our unwavering standards for excellence.
• Ensure Compliance: Guarantee strict adherence to all company policies, and local health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a multi-unit leadership, operations management, or field coach role within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• A strong background in QSR operations with deep knowledge of all aspects of restaurant management, including P&L analysis, inventory, labor scheduling, and marketing.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to inspire, train, and hold teams accountable.
• A genuine passion for people development and coaching; you are energized by seeing your teams succeed and grow.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Flexibility to travel extensively within the designated region.
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
