We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Operations Admin Assistant
to support our dynamic operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the operations team.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating operational events and staff.
Maintain and update operational documents, reports, and databases.
Handle internal communications and correspondence related to operations.
Support procurement and inventory tracking for supplies.
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role (preferably in catering or hospitality).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
