Provide administrative support to the operations team and management.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
Maintain and update operations-related documents, reports, and records.
Assist in scheduling and calendar management for operations leadership.
Handle internal communications and correspondence related to operations.
Track and manage inventory, supplies, and purchase orders.
Support onboarding of new employees, including coordinating training and equipment setup.
Monitor and report on project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation (both physical and digital).
Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis using spreadsheets or company systems.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other departments as needed.
Help implement and improve operational procedures and workflows.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries as requested by management.
Provide general office support (e.g., answering phones, greeting visitors, handling mail).
Job Qualifications:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience with data entry, reporting, and maintaining records
Work Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays, fixed weekends off
