We are a fast-growing Dubai-based tourism company specializing in airport transfers, Dubai tours, hotel travel desks, and private transportation. We are looking for a highly skilled Operational Sales Manager to lead our daily operations and drive sales performance.



The Operational Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the full workflow of our tourism operations--from booking to service delivery--while also achieving sales targets and maintaining our 5-star service standards. The ideal candidate must understand Dubai tourism, be proactive, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily tourism operations, airport transfers, and chauffeur services Handle sales inquiries, quotations, confirmations, and follow-ups Coordinate with drivers, vehicles, and hotel travel desks Monitor schedules, ensure on-time performance, and solve operational issues Maintain excellent customer communication and VIP-level service Build and maintain partnerships with hotels, agents, and online platforms Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports Train and support operational staff when required
Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years experience in UAE tourism industry Strong knowledge of Dubai excursions, airport transfers, and hotel operations Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Good computer skills (WhatsApp Business, MS Office, booking platforms) UAE driving license preferred English required; additional languages are a plus
