Job Overview
As Sales Manager - Private Clients at Jumeirah Dubai, you will lead revenue generation initiatives across key global accounts, managing client relationships with high-profile individuals and private wealth entities. Your role will involve personalized sales strategies, account development, and premium representation of Jumeirah's luxury hospitality offerings at international trade shows, events, and networking platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by managing assigned private client accounts and market segments
• Develop tailored action plans to grow short- and long-term revenue across territories
• Build strong relationships with private offices, HNWI contacts, and business influencers
• Represent Jumeirah at trade events, conferences, and client engagements globally
• Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and client service delivery
• Monitor performance KPIs and provide reporting on revenue growth, account health, and market insights
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and internal policies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree; MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality sales experience, ideally with luxury brands and global clientele
• Familiarity with HNWI markets, private wealth, and exclusive networks such as YPO
• Proven skills in commercial strategy, client negotiation, and relationship management
• Fluent in English and Arabic or another regional language; multilingual candidates preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Salesforce
• Excellent public speaking and cross-cultural communication skills
