Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent engagement and service excellence.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives, ensuring long-term revenue growth and market share.
  • Develop strategic and operational business plans with the sales and operations teams.
  • Handle escalations professionally and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Conduct industry research to ensure holiday packages remain competitive and aligned with market demand.
  • Recommend and support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, digital campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Participate in trade shows, tourism board events, and marketing exhibitions to promote products and build brand visibility.
  • Promote preferred airlines and GSA carrier relationships to enhance service offerings.
  • Provide sales reports and performance analysis to management for continuous improvement.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in holiday sales, business development, or travel account management.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of international travel destinations, holiday trends, and tourism dynamics.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and drive sales performance.
