Description
The Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Identify and review shortcomings and preparing recommendations to improve ORM techniques, processes, etc
- Implement the 5 ORM tools across different functions and monitor compliance with standards and requirements as per relevant ORM policies.
- Collect, review and analyse ORM data to generate meaningful management information.
- Service as a centre of excellence by assisting other business lines regarging ORM related issues.

Suitable candidates must have the following:
- 7-10 years of experience within Operational Risk in international/local or regional banks
- Extensive understanding and working knowledge of Operational Risk and all 5 ORM tools
- Experience in business processes, improvement processes and relevant projects will be a plus
