Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Off Plan Sales Manager to lead our commercial off-plan sales team at CBB. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market and at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of real estate agents, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in commercial and off-plan property sales. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and high levels of productivity. Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and client preferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities. Oversee the preparation and presentation of property listings, ensuring high-quality marketing materials and accurate property information. Provide guidance and support to agents in negotiating deals, closing transactions, and handling client inquiries. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support overall business objectives and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market. At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience in a real estate environment. Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and off plan property sales, commercial knowledge is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required.
