Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Off Plan Sales Manager, located in Dubai. The Off Plan Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying and networking with potential clients, conducting property tours, providing market analysis, and negotiating deals. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and luxury property developments in Dubai.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, ideally within the real estate industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and luxury property developments
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
