Job Description

RE/MAX SC AI Realty is seeking a dynamic, experienced Off-Plan Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Location:*Abu Dhabi, UAE
Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: AED 10K-15K base + Commission Override + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage a team of off-plan sales agents, ensuring targets are met.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with key developers including Aldar, Q Holding, and Modon.
- Oversee exclusive inventory launches and early-access sales campaigns.
- Ensure team compliance with Madmoun, DARI, and ADGM regulations.
- Drive performance reporting, CRM updates (Bitrix), and client satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote high-converting projects and campaigns.

Requirements:


- 3-5 years of experience in Abu Dhabi off-plan sales.
- Strong connections with developers and experience managing team KPIs.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate laws and digital platforms (TAMM, DARI, Madmoun, ADGM).
- Leadership, training, and CRM discipline are mandatory.
- Arabic language is a plus.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
