Position Overview:



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Off-Plan Sales Manager

to lead and grow our off-plan and secondary sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Onboard, train, and mentor new agents to ensure smooth integration and productivity. Provide ongoing coaching, performance monitoring, and skill development to maximize results.

Sales & Business Development:

Drive sales in both off-plan and secondary property sectors. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers. Negotiate deals and close transactions in line with company policies and targets.

Collaboration & Market Insights:

Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Hiring & Team Building Requirement



As part of the joining process, the Sales Manager will be responsible for

hiring and onboarding at least 4 qualified sales agents

within the first month of employment.

Qualifications & Skills



Minimum 6 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record in off-plan property sales and achieving/exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, regulations, and developers. Ability to build, manage, and inspire a sales team. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and real estate sales platforms.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
