Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the off-plan sales division
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and clients
Train and mentor the sales team for maximum performance
Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and competitor activities
Handle negotiations and close high-value deals
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE real estate experience, with a focus on off-plan properties
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
RERA certification is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and own car
