Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and investor networks to increase project visibility and revenue.
Facilitate the onboarding of new property partners and ensure smooth integration?
Monitor and assess partner performance, offering feedback and support.
Provide insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
Provide insights on client expectations, competitor offerings, and market trends to keep the company's CRM approach competitive in Dubai's real estate sector.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within Dubai's real estate development industry, specifically with off-plan projects.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Turkish, French, Russian, German, Chinese, other European languages) are a strong advantage
Proven ability to engage and build relationships with investors, brokers, and high-value clients in Dubai's property market.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
A proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Familiarity with Dubai's RERA regulations, market trends, and investor preferences related to real estate developments.
